I have a simple and clear way of putting together strategies and tactics to help you reach your S.M.A.R.T. goal(s). It’s a template with 5 parts, and each part starts with a W—forming a list of 5 pretty familiar W words.
When you put all 5 Ws together, you’ll have a clear marketing action task to complete on a consistent basis to help you reach your S.M.A.R.T goal(s). Contained within the 5W write-up for the task will be information on both the strategy and the tactic that you’re going to use for that particular task.
